⏰ 6:30 pm – Dinner at Haerlin*
A festive dinner at the newly awarded three-star restaurant Haerlin at the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten with chef Christoph Rüffer.
• 3 Michelin Stars
• 5 toques (Gault&Millau)
• 4 ½ F’s (Der Feinschmecker)
• Ranked #3 in Falstaff Restaurant Guide

Since this year Hamburg, alongside Munich, is one of only two German cities boasting two three-star restaurants. Alongside Kevin Fehling’s legendary The Table, Haerlin has joined the culinary elite – one of just twelve three-star restaurants in Germany.

Since 2002, Christoph Rüffer has combined highest craftsmanship with accessible elegance, blending classicism with modern ease. The second Michelin star followed in 2010 for his nuanced regionality, expressed in menus that often feature exotic accents yet remain perfectly harmonious and always true to the essence of the ingredients. Together with sous-chef Tobias Günther, Rüffer delivers a dining experience that represents Hamburg’s culinary refinement at its best.
